Include your name, the email address used at checkout, and your order number if available. We will resend your access immediately.
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days with proof of both transactions and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
If you believe a charge was made to your payment method without your authorization, contact us immediately and also contact your bank or card issuer. We will cooperate fully with any investigation.
